Carl Daniels
Carl Rogers Daniels, 74, died Saturday,
April 28, 2012 at Hospice Savannah, Inc. He was born in Glenwood, Georgia,
son of Leola and Ralph Cox. He lived most of his life in Savannah and was
retired from the Savannah Fire Department as a Battalion Chief. He was a
member of Calvary Baptist Temple, Richard T. Turner Lodge No. 116 F.&A.M.,
Scottish Rite Consistory-Valley of Savannah and the Dixie Cruisers Car Club.
Surviving are his wife, Wanda B. Daniels of Savannah, Georgia; son, Chris
Daniels of Savannah, Georgia; daughter, Terri Daniels of Winchester,
Virginia; sister, Janet (Darrell) Rayle of Macon, Georgia; grandchildren,
Faith and Christian Daniels both of Savannah, Georgia and several nieces and
nephews.
Funeral Service: 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, May, 2, 2012 in the Hodgson Chapel of
Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors.
Burial: Hillcrest Abbey West.
